Step 1
a. At your vehicle, make sure that the cable is securely plugged on both sides of the charge point.
b. Lock and unlock your vehicle – this should release the cable.
c. Unplug the cable from your vehicle.
d. Unplug the cable from the 22kW AC charger.
Step 2
If you are still unable to unplug the cable from the charger:
a. Start another charging session
b. Stop the charging session
(Stopping a charge should release the cable from the charge point.)
Step 3
If the cable is still stuck in the charge point, call our support.
Steg 1
a. Vid din bil, se till att kabeln är säkert inkopplad på båda sidor av laddningspunkten.
b. Lås och lås upp din bil – detta bör frigöra kabeln.
c. Koppla ur kabeln från din bil.
d. Koppla ur kabeln från 22kW AC-laddaren.
Steg 2
Om du fortfarande inte kan koppla ur kabeln från laddaren:
a. Starta en ny laddningssession.
b. Stoppa laddningssessionen
(Att stoppa en laddning bör frigöra kabeln från laddningspunkten.)

Om kabeln fortfarande är fast i laddningspunkten, ring vår support.
